A Fuel Transfer Tank is meant only to provide for the transfer of fuel to another piece of equipment on the job site or farm.

Auxiliary Fuel Tanks are designed to extend the fuel capacity of the vehicle it is mounted in, by allowing the owner to connect the tank directly to the existing factory fuel tank.

Auxiliary Fuel Tanks from Aluminum Tank Industries are certified to meet FHWA (Federal Highway Administration) specifications that allow for the tank to be legally connected to the existing diesel fuel system of your pickup truck.

Our Auxiliary Fuel Tanks will come to you with all of the necessary fittings, clamps, valves and hoses to allow you to legally and safely install them on your diesel powered truck.

Auxiliary Diesel Fuel Tanks with install kits that allow tanks to connected directly to your trucks existing fuel system. This tank meets all Federal Highway Administration ( FHWA) requirements, which allows the tank to be plumbed directly to your existing trucks fuel system. This unique system connects the auxiliary tank to the factory tank via the factory filler. The auxiliary tank keeps the factory tank full. When the auxiliary tank is empty your factory fuel gauge will move off the full mark. The system installs quickly and easily. No wires or switches to install. The system has rollover protection on the tank and on the factory fill neck adapter.

Aluminum Tank Industries, Inc. (ATI) has been granted a Special Permit from the Department of Transportation (#SP14227) for their Refueling Transfer Tanks. This Special Permit allows you to refuel equipment or machinery from your vehicle, legally, without removing the fuel tank from your vehicle. This Special Permit also authorizes ATI to manufacture, mark and sell these refueling tanks for the storage and dispensing of gasoline, diesel, methanol, aviation fuel and kerosene liquids. ATI Refueling Tanks can also be used in state and commercial applications.
